Let’s see can family members work for me of course. You can get them to work for you. You know a lot of people when they start out. If you get the work. What you’re going to find most of the people I know doing this. Work with you knows at least one or two other guys. So it’s usually about three guys on a crew doing this. Just because it’s faster.

You’re always going to need someone else to look up another side of a sofa or push your refrigerator black back into place. A lot of things take two people takes two hands to move some things or load things on trucks. So it’s going to have to be you and someone else always in these jobs because in most cases. You’re going to be removing furniture and pushing around pop alliances or picking up your no fence that’s been knocked down. Or left in the backyard or a lot of stuff like that.
It to people makes it easier three if you think you need it but definitely one more person when you’re out on the sites.The way you can find them
Or you know you’re the one who gets a job then. you’ve got to get the helpers to help you and people they’re reliable lots of times is just friends.
I need to extra money and we’ll help you. When you have a job they’re not your employees is what I’m saying. you pay them usually hourly or just to set them out or something like that. That’s it but you don’t have this. It does not become a payroll. you don’t get any of that stuff.

See the next thing is you could pay workmen’s compensation to your employees. the good thing is, this is why you’re you want to be called a foreclosure clean-out business. you don’t have to pay like I just check with each state. let’s just say for example in Tennessee if you have five or more full-time employees and you had to plate a workman’s comp so that’s why you’d want everybody to be hourly in part-time. You don’t have to you any fool with all that paperwork on the legality. That’s why I’m trying to be really clear that you call yourself a foreclosure clean out business because you’re new.
Don’t fall under all these laws in those states. it’s you’re not required to pay workman’s comp and file at all this. And that cell that just agent to your profits. it’s an area of knowledge you don’t have so you want to stay away from things that you learn.
If you’re just too clean up this and sure you don’t worry about workman’s comp lists unless your state says it. you know but that’s why don’t you want full-time employees sorry about part-time people just to help you on sort of piece work.
that’s the way it works without liability insurance. Sometimes you’re going to liability insurance for one percent of your gross sales but get to check with your state every state is different on the smaller jobs.You’re probably not going to need it. You’re going to be fine but check with each state to say, You may go to the websites for your state’s and find out all info but this is if you’re getting into a lot of jobs.
When you start, people start taking a thirty and forty thousand dollars a month. you need to follow the laws of your state and file any insurance you have to file. First job you’ll probably find but then make sure you check with your state and find about filing for all that stuff. One percent of gross sales is very little if you think about it. I think about how what a small or mount that is but just fall whatever the rules are just going to your state.
It’ll probably be you know the name of your state dot gov usually what it is so like Texas gov or Dodi Texas gov W Wisconsin gov you’ll go to it. Then just file look under a liability insurance and you’ll see what the regulations are on all that.It’ll be really clear and sometimes you have to do a million dollars in sales before you even have to file. You’ll find a little in there if you have to but when you first get started the first job or two you’re probably not going to need to worry about this. Pretty soon as you build a business you will.
